• Oryol Region

For residents of Vladimir Region:

In 2022, the Ministry of Health of Vladimir Region transitioned to a different information system. As a result, certain clinics are currently inaccessible through our mobile application and on the portal lk.miac33.ru. Appointments at these clinics can now be arranged via the ГосУслуги platform.

The 2dr.ru application offers the following features:

• Appointment scheduling with doctors in clinics that have implemented electronic medical records.
• Access to the history of medical assistance requests and associated costs of services received.
• Requesting home visits from doctors while specifying complaints and symptoms.
• Input of personal health metrics, such as height, weight, pulse, temperature, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels, and health assessment using the SCORE scale.
• Reviewing a personal vaccination plan with details of completed and upcoming vaccinations.
• Assessment of outcomes from medical consultations.
